The Essex County Championship will be tomorrow however, just like the SEC Championship no spectators are allowed. Athletes competing will be excused from periods 8 & 9 and the buses will leave from Midland avenue at 1:40pm; remember snacks and water. Athletes not competing see workouts below.

Workout: Find a hill and do 2 sets of 6 hill sprints
Walk down rest between reps 6 mins rest between sets, if you're unable to find a hill do 100's on track
