Youth Track Volunteers

We are looking for some volunteers to give back to the youth in our community during the 2019 Youth Track Series!  We have 2 dates coming up:  Sunday, July 7th and Sunday, July 21st.

Whatever time you could give would be most appreciated!  And, if you know anyone who would like to get involved, please share this post with them! This is a great way to get community service hours plus we want to help Fleet Feet out because they always take care of us. Click the link below and choose what you’d like to help with. As a team we should help with timing and the track field portion.

Uniform Return & Lockers

The last day to return uniforms will be Monday June 24th, after school (2:45pm) at woodman field. Any athletes that still have uniforms/warm ups must be return them on Monday or a charge will be placed on your account. Also, if you have items in either locker room they must be cleared out on Monday as well. Any items left in lockers will be thrown away by the cleaning crew that comes in to refurbish the locker rooms between seasons.

Volunteers/ Impact Test

We need volunteers to help set up the banquet today at  4pm, at this time we have NO volunteers.  If your athlete would like some community service hours, please have them sign up. Please let us know if you are able to help by emailing mhstrackandxcboosterclub@gmail.com

Just a reminder for Juniors; Impact testing will be done for cross country tomorrow at 4pm. If you miss the 4pm time frame you can go at 6pm. Athletes will need the signed permission slip to take the impact test (please see below)

June 19th

3:00 pm – Boys/Girls Soccer

4:00 pm – Boys/Girls Cross Country

5:00 pm – Gymnastics and Girls Tennis

6:00 pm – Any fall sport

With the funds from the Booster Club, All Athletes & Coaches will attend FREE.  Adults/Parents $10. per ticket, Siblings $5. per ticket, this will include dinner, dessert, soft drinks. Please purchase your tickets no later than JUNE 12. Tickets will NOT be sold at the door the day of the Banquet. NO ticket, NO entry.

Meet of Champs

The order of events has been posted; the bus will leave from woodman at 11am. Athletes be on time and come prepared with layers, snacks and money for the concession stand if need be. This is the biggest meet in the state of NJ and we've survived, we've advanced now it's time to remind NJ who the mounties are!

Athletics Picture

Seniors competing in college, the athletic department will be having its annual "College Bound Student Athlete Picture" on tomorrow, June 4th at 4pm.  The picture will be taken at Fortunato Field.  To be clear, this picture is for any senior that is going to play their perspective sport in college. Please relay this message to your friends as well.
