Randolph Relays Information

There have been some changes to the relays for tomorrow. Please make sure you take a look at the link. If you are not competing and are coming to support the team, you are expected to dress in your uniform.

Bus leaves from Midland Ave at 7am. It is going to be HOT. Have a hat, lots of drinks (water/sports drinks), snacks, and sunscreen.

You will need your layers for warmups, so don't show up to the bus in just your uniform top and shorts. 

GEAR ORDERS

Tuesday Practice and Team Gear Information

Tuesday meet in the cafeteria immediately after school for study hall.  CORRECTION Varsity distance, sprinters, and throwers, meet at Woodman immediately after school.

Team gear order forms are in!! Please click on the link under ADDITIONAL INFORMATION for the pictures and order form. Orders are due by Friday, April 28, 2017. If you have additional questions in regards to team gear, please email Darryl Lammin (dlammin@hotmail.com).

Middle School Track and Field Day/ Reminders

Permission slips will be handed out today at the beginning of practice for the Middle School Track and Field Day. The first 55 student athletes who hand in their forms will be allowed to help at this event. Please be sure to return your signed permission slip to Coach Gary. If you do not hand in a permission slip or wait too long, you will not be excused from school for this event.

We have some events going on this week, please keep an eye on the schedule.

SHP/MSD Dual Meet

Today we have a dual meet with Seton Hall Prep and Mount St. Dominick. The meet will begin at 4pm. Make sure you have changed and are ready for warmups by 3pm. We will meet on the M at the 50 yard line.

For those who are observing Passover and need to leave before the meet is over, bring your belongings outside. The locker room will be locked until the end of the meet.

Comet Relays

Those who are participating in events on Saturday, meet at Woodman Field at 7am. Please be on time. Have snacks, drinks, and LAYERS (hat, gloves, blanket)! If you are on a relay, you have to make sure your entire relay squad is wearing the same uniform.

Thursday Practice

Immediately after school the entire team should report to the small gym in the main building. Be sure to change and meet by 2:50pm. Plan for your pick up from Midland Ave to be at 4:15pm.

All varsity sprinters, throwers, and distance runners report to the field house immediately after school. JV and freshman levels report to the LGI immediately after school for study hall. Be on time.

Monday Meet Vs. Columbia/Volunteer Information

If you have your information to volunteer for the Montclair Recreation track program, please give it to the managers when you arrive to the track after school.

Everyone will have the opportunity to compete tomorrow vs. Columbia.  If you were not able to receive a uniform on Friday, please let one of the coaches know before 3pm so we can provide you with one before we begin setting up for the meet. The meet will begin promptly at 4pm. Everyone is expected to report to the field house immediately after school to change and prepare for their respective events.

You are allowed to compete in up to four events (a combination of running and field events) tomorrow. Be mindful, make sure you still have layers, snacks, water for tomorrow, they are necessary for the warm up and in between events.
