Tuesday Practice Cancelled/ Indoor Workout

There is no practice today. 

Indoor Workout- for all event groups 
Warmup: 400 California jumping jacks, dynamics, drills, iron cross, scorpions, hydrant series 4 sets of 10 

Workout 
1-2-3's, lunges, push-ups, squat jumps
6x 45 seconds 

Cool down 
200 jumping jacks
Sprinter crunches, toe touches, leg lifts, v-twists, planks, supermans 
6x45 seconds
