For Monday we will meet at Hillside Elementary; parents can drop athletes off in the parking lot. The side entrance door in the parking lot will be open until 9am when practice starts. That being said athletes should be dropped off before then.
WARMUP:
2 rounds x 30 seconds each. For left and right exercises do 30 seconds each side
• Jumping Jacks
• Around the world (fwd/bwd)
• Hip to hamstring stretch
• Thoracic rotation
• Good Morning
• Squat
