The list and order of events for tomorrow has been posted; athletes should report to Woodman field at 6:50am. Come prepared with layers, food/snacks, water and if need be money for concession stand; most importantly come ready to compete.

WARMUP:
3 rounds x 30 seconds each. For left and right exercises do 30 seconds each side
• Jumping Jack
• Around the world (fwd/bwd)
• Hip to hamstring stretch
• Thoracic rotation
• Good Morning
• Squat
MAIN STRENGTH:
4 rounds x 10 reps per exercise, 60 seconds rest between rounds
• Goblet Squat
• Alternating Reverse Lunge (10 per side, 20 reps total)
• Good Mornings
FINISHER:
3 rounds x 30 seconds per exercise, no rest between rounds
• Hip Bridge
• Push-Up
• Run in place (work on knee lift and snapping under hips like the mat runs)

During midterms practice will start at 3pm, utilize the time wisely and go for extra help if it is needed. Tomorrow the Ocean Breeze group will leave from Midland avenue at 1:20pm; else should be on the second floor of the main building by 2:50pm the latest so that we can begin warming up promptly at 3pm.

The list for Wednesday's meet has been posted. Athletes will compete in their mountie black t-shirts and black shorts. Remember to have layers, bring water, snacks and money for concession stand. Athletes not competing will have a workout posted here on Wednesday.

Stanner Games
The event list and time schedule for tomorrow's meet has been posted, athletes look at the list and screen shot the order of events so you have it on hand for tomorrow. Also, make sure you look at what heat and flight you are in for your events as you will also need to know this. All athletes will need to be at Woodman field at 6:45am, make sure you all pack water, snacks and money to get food from the concession stand as we will be there until 4pm. Everyone should wear their black team shirt as their bottom layer, sweat pants should be grey, dark blue or black. Most importantly be on time and come ready to compete.
Practice Monday will be in the morning, keep an eye here for time.

Everyone will meet at woodman after school. Parents and athletes make sure you have filled out the emergency contact form (new and returners). As expressed this is something that needs to be done every season.

January 9th
Due to the abbreviated day and all after school activities being cancelled there will be no practice tomorrow; that being said there will be no study hall on Wednesday. Athletes should see links below for home workout and cool down. Each link will take you 20 minutes for a total of 40 minutes; much shorter than practice time so get this done before settling in and doing home work. Practice will resume Wednesday after school.

Week of 1/8
Tomorrow everyone will meet on the second floor of the main building after school. This will be a regular week of practice however, all groups and levels will be off on Friday.
There will be practice Saturday morning; athletes competing on Sunday 1/14 will be informed on Sunday. if you aren't around this weekend due to school being closed on Monday we need to be informed before Wednesday.
