Reminder there is no practice; everyone should go for a light run (see length of time for your group below). Followed by the circuit under group times. On Sunday we have a volunteer event at the doughnut run. Details will be posted here tomorrow evening; rain is expected so wear layers and rain gear. If it is cancelled due to the weather we will post details here as well.

Distance: 50 minutes

Sprints/Jumps/Throws: 20 minute walk

BODY WEIGHT CIRCUIT: 2 ROUNDS

PERFORM EACH EXERCISE FOR 30 SEC. TAKE 10 SEC REST. PROCEED TO NEXT EXERCISE. WITH 1:30 REST BETWEEN EACH ROUND
