Linked below you will find the most up to date roster. Again if your name isn't present send an email to runningmounties@gmail.com to see what you are missing and get it turned in as soon as possible. If you've already left for the holiday then you will need to get it in on Monday.

REMINDER!!! The first official day of practice is Monday 12/1. Everyone is expected to be at practice (whether you are cleared or not). More details will be posted here this weekend. Also, there will be workouts posted on the blog for the holiday weekend. Next wee will not be a walk in the park so come prepared to work.
