Tomorrow the bus will be
leaving from woodman field at 7am. Athletes competing are asked to wear the effort and execution shirts handed out last year as well as layers and the royal blue track jackets and black pants. Tomorrow we must go in looking and acting like a team, competing as a unit and start the season on the right path.
