The list for county's has been posted; the bus will be leaving from woodman at 2pm on Sunday. Athletes are expected to be on time and come prepared ready to compete. Do not forget water and snacks; also make sure you all wake up and eat breakfast and lunch before getting on the bus.
Athletes competing on Sunday should do the nike app workouts below
1) 10-min yoga: core flow
2) 25-min yoga: restorative flow
Athletes not competing should do these Nike app workouts.
1) 5-Min bodyweight burn: your first strength class
2) 10-min HIT: Abs
3) 10-min runner's bodyweight burn: 360 strength
4) 10-min runner's yoga: calves & hamstrings
