For those competing at county relay championships, the bus will leave from Midland Ave at 1:30pm. Those competing, you will be excused from your 7th and 8th period classes. Please have some snacks and something to stay hydrated. During your lunch please be sure to see your teachers about work you will miss. Be advised, the meet begins at 4pm in Staten Island. If you miss the bus, you will not be able to get a ride and still expect to compete.
For those not competing, there will be an in house workout posted for your convenience. Be sure to complete the workout, as we have to prepare for Tom Zacconne meet on Friday 1/5/17.
