Saturday Workout

Distance: 15 min warmup dynamics and drills 
Frosh/newbies: for 25 min( jog 90 seconds run above talking pace for 1:45)
JV : for 35 minutes (( jog 90 seconds run above talking pace for 1:45)

Distance Cool Down: 15 cool down 

Sprinters and Throwers

20 minute run, dynamics and drills followed by 

4 SETS OF: 
— 10 push-ups 
— 20 sit-ups 
— 20 squats 
— 20 lunges 
— 80 jumping jacks 
— 60 second wall sit.
