Monday Practice

For all those moving onto State Group Championships. There is no practice tomorrow. Please be sure to do this on your own. 

Warmup:
4 Sets of
 - 20 jumping jacks
 - 1 min planks
 - 20 California Jumping Jacks
 - 1 min plank
 - 16 lunges (8 e/leg)
 - 1 minute plank.
1 minute rest then repeat
After the 6th set do your dynamics. Each one twice.

Workout;

2) 2 sets of: 
10 push-ups, 
20 sit-ups, 
20 squats, 
100 jumping jacks, 
60 second wall sit. 
2 minutes rest between each set


Then stretch and ice
