The banquet will be held on Friday June 5, 2015 at 6:30pm in the cafeteria in the main building. All athletes and their families are invited! :-)

Monday Practice

For all those moving onto State Group Championships. There is no practice tomorrow. Please be sure to do this on your own. 

Warmup:

4 Sets of

 - 20 jumping jacks

 - 1 min planks

 - 20 California Jumping Jacks

 - 1 min plank

 - 16 lunges (8 e/leg)

 - 1 minute plank.

1 minute rest then repeat

After the 6th set do your dynamics. Each one twice.

Workout;

2) 2 sets of: 

10 push-ups, 

20 sit-ups, 

20 squats, 

100 jumping jacks, 

60 second wall sit. 

2 minutes rest between each set

Spring Track and Field Announcement

Congrats to the Girls Team for finishing 2nd and the Biys Team finishing 7th at the Essex County Championships. Let's keep working hard. States is next!

 For all varsity athletes you have practice tomorrow. For all frosh and novice athletes if you would like to continue practicing you are more than welcome to come practice for you is optional. 

There will be a mandatory team meeting on Tuesday May 19, 2015 immediately after school. Also you will be returning uniforms on Tuesday as well. You are able to keep the white or grey tshirt. The uniform and warmup sets are what you need to return. 

Essex County Championships

Essex County Championships will be held Friday 4pm and Saturday 10:30am at Woodman Field. All individuals not competing tomorrow you are expected to be at the track immediately after school with your track tshirt on.

Event List has been posted, if you are competing today you will be excused from your 8th period class. Please make your way down to the field house immediately after 7th period. 

Future Stars Invitational

Future Stars Invitational will be held at West Orange HS today. Meet begins at 4pm. The event list has been posted.

SEC Championships

The SEC Championships will be held tomorrow Saturday May 8, 2015 at Millburn High School. The event list has been posted. We will be leaving at 7:30am from Woodman Field. For those not competing you have off.

Freshman and novice athletes you will be competing on Thursday May 14, 2015 at West Orange High School in the Future Stars Invitational at 4pm.
