Today's Workout

This is the workout to complete for ALL event groups

5 Sets:
 - 20 jumping jacks
 - 1 min planks
 - 20 push-ups
 - 1 min plank
 - 20 lunges (each leg)
 - 1 minute plank.
Rest, repeat

If you have access to a bike, elliptical or treadmill if not go outside go for approximately 20- 30 minutes and then do the above circuit.

Remember to stretch for 15-20 minutes when you have completed the workout.
