Monday Update

As of now the Varsity Classic is still scheduled for tomorrow. The event list has been posted. Please come dressed to school and immediately report to Midland Avenue. We will leave promptly at 2:40pm. RECHECK THE BLOG IN THE MORNING IN THE EVENT THINGS CHANGE.

For all who are not competing tomorrow, you have off this is  your workout to do on your on.

5 Sets:
 - 20 jumping jacks
 - 1 min planks
 - 20 push-ups
 - 1 min plank
 - 20 lunges (each leg)
 - 1 minute plank.
Rest, repeat

If you have access to a bike, elliptical or treadmill go for approximately 30 minutes and then do the above circuit.

Remember to stretch for 15-20 minutes when you have completed the workout.
