If your name is not on the list it is your responsibility to email Coach Washington or Coach Wallace inquiring about the forms that still need to be handed in. Please do not go to the health office or the athletic office regarding clearance matters. Remember forms are due by Nov. 11 to be guaranteed clearance for the first official day of practice December 2, 2013. The official roster closes on December 10, 2013.
