Helpful hints moving forward :)

The meet on Tuesday January 15 is a meet for the field athletes. Coach Lenczuk will announce the line up in practice tomorrow. The bus will leave from midland ave at 2:45pm. Remember in order to be considered to compete you must be consistent with practice.

For the runners, we have two complete weeks of training. Make sure you are getting adequate amounts of rest, eating healthy foods staying hydrated, stretching and icing any ailments.

Midterms begin Thursday January 24, please do not wait until next Monday to begin studying. If you devote 30-45 minutes daily to each subject it's easier to retain information as opposed to cramming the night before. Hope these helpful hints come in handy :)
