Tomorrow we open up our season against Columbia HS, if you weren't at practice on Friday you will not be competing. The bus will be leaving from woodman field at 3pm, athletes do not waste time after school; come straight to woodman field. Items you do not need at the meet can be left in the locker room as we will return to woodman. If you have to leave the meet early only your parents can take you and you must bring your belongings with you.
All athletes (freshmen through varsity) are expected to compete in the T-shirts that were given out on Friday; athletes who did indoor if it is too cold for you you can compete in your long sleeve shirts from winter. Please make sure to wear layers (not just a long sleeve and pants) as the high tomorrow will only be 47 degrees and we will be outside for at least 2 to 3 hours. Parents the address is 58 Burr Rd, Maplewood, NJ 07040 and the meet begins at 4pm, as stated above if your athlete needs to leave early they can only leave with you and they can only ride the bus to the meet, if they arrive any other way they will not be able to compete.

Tomorrow JV and freshman runners/jumpers will have the day off; there will be a home workout posted tomorrow morning. Sprinters and distance runners who lift have practice at 9am, throwers have practice at 10am and hurdlers have practice at 10:30am.

This is a great time for Spring Track & Field athletes to gear up for the season and take advantage of great discounts while being properly fitted.

Athletes; tomorrow we will meet on the bottom floor of the main building. Practice will begin at 3:15 , get what you need to done after school and please arrive dressed and ready to go at 3:15. Athletes going to Ocean Breeze we will be leaving from Midland ave at 2:45pm do not be late.
