For athletes competing the bus will leave from midland avenue at 1:30pm; you will be excused from your 7th and 8th period classes. Athletes competing tomorrow do not just lay around all day today, the workout below isn’t too hard just something to get the blood flowing (active recovery.... all athletes should do the workout below today. For those not competing there will be no practice tomorrow and we will see you all on Thursday after school at woodman field.
