January 5th

Reminder for athletes competing tomorrow, all runners should be at Woodman field by 6:20am, all throwers should meet at Midland avenue by 8am. Also, there will be a parent meeting on Monday evening at 6:30 (we would like all parents on hand, not just those new to the team). It will be held in the LGI in the main building. Athletes not competing please do the following workout below.


Home workout

Warm Up

3 sets of;
- 20 Jumping Jacks
- 1 minute plank
- 5 push-ups
- 1 minute plank
Rest 1 minute between sets
