Due to school being closed there will be no practice today. Athletes should do the home workout posted below.

This week the athletes competing at groups will have practice offsite on Tuesday & Thursday. Everyone else will meet in the annex on those days.
On Wednesday & Friday the varsity group will meet in the annex and freshman/jv will be off.
