April 3rd

Tomorrow freshman and JV should do the home workout listed below and varsity will meet at woodman for practice after school; everyone will return to practice on Friday after the pep rally.

On Saturday there will be a parent meeting at 9:30am (location will be posted here tomorrow). Vital information for the season ahead will be discussed as well as information on the booster club and any questions that may need to be answered.

WARMUP:  

3 rounds x 30 seconds each. For left and right exercises do 30 seconds each side
