Throwers: Up for speed, the circuit breaker, core strength and the perfect 10 on the Nike app.
Sprinters & Jumpers: easy 20 minute run followed by fresh on the circuit, cut to the core, glute and hip strength, core strength and runner flexibility on the Nike app.
