Saturday and Sunday

There will be no organized practice this weekend. Athletes are asked to do the following workouts below on the Nike app for Saturday and on Sunday everyone one has a run.

3) Runner Stability
4) Runner Flexibility

Sunday 
Throwers 15 minute run
Sprinters 20 minute run
Distance Long run of your choosing
