March 8th

Distance boys and girls you have 5x1600 with two minutes rest. Distance boys will meet at 3:30 at the parking lot above the track at brookdale tomorrow. Also, a new clearance list has been posted so make sure to check. Athletes going to Nationals tomorrow will meet at 8:45am on Midland ave, the bus will leave at 9am; all athletes going must bring their school IDs.

Satruday Home Workout

Everyone should go for a 20 minute run followed by the link below when you get home. DO NOT FORCE THE POSES do them as best as you can. See you all on Monday for week two of tryouts.
