New Years Eve

Tomorrow the group that lifts will meet at woodman field at 8am and leave for ocean breeze at 9:30. Make sure you all bring food/snacks for after the lift and after the workout. Everyone else should arrive for practice at 9am.

The list of athletes competing and the order of events for tomorrow’s meet has been posted, all athletes should be at woodman field by 7:30am. Please be on time, bring food/snacks and money as well. The first event goes off at 10am; like SECs wear blue long sleeve shirts from last year as well as black pants as well as layers.

Cross Country Banquet

Tomorrow the group that lifts will meet at woodman at 8:10am, make sure you all bring food for after weight room and for after practice at ocean breeze. The bus for ocean breeze will leave from woodman at 10am.

Throwers will meet at the freshman building at 9:30, everyone else should report to woodman field at 9:30am.
