Varsity relays will be competing in the blue jerseys and novice relays will compete in the black jerseys. Remember to wear team attire and come ready to compete!

Essex County Championships
Everyone on the list to compete will be excused at 1pm tomorrow; you will need to go to the first 15-20 minutes of eighth period. The bus will leave from Midland ave at 1:45pm so use the time to fill water bottles, change and grab food/snacks.

2/4: Everyone will meet at woodman after school
2/5: County Relays; athletes competing will leave from Midland ave at 1:45pm
2/6: Group B will meet on the second floor of the main building; varsity at woodman
7pm Main Building Auditorium; athlete/parent info. session w/ Division 1 Strength coach
2/7: Home Nike App workout for everyone
2/8: Varsity practice at woodman 10am
