There will be no practice today for those who competed last night and Freshman/JV runners. Hurdlers will be meeting on the ground floor of the main building at 9:15 for practice; everyone else should do the workout below. Also, the schedule/ list of athletes competing on Monday at the varsity classic will be posted later this evening so please keep an eye on the blog.
