Preseason

For those of you not doing a fall sport and either missed or did not get a packet at the meeting. Please see the tab on the right titled preseason, in this link you will find you workouts for the next 7 weeks leading up to the season. The goal is to come in shape, not using the first few weeks to get in shape as we have our first few meets in the early part of December. There is also a general info link as well which shows all the important information for the season and events contested. Please make sure you start checking the blog for updates at least once a week.
