Practice will not be held at 9am. Please pay close attention to the information below.
If you have been lifting with the sprinter and throwers on Monday, Wednesday and Friday since the beginning of the season, meet at Woodman 12 noon for lift.
For those who do not fall into that category, be ready to begin warmup on the track at 1:30pm.
Have layers and be prepared for the elements. Additionally, make sure you eat something approx. 2 hours before you come to practice.
