The final day to hand in paperwork is October 27, 2016. If you do not have your paperwork in on this day, you will not be able to join the team. The roster will close on the October 27!! No exceptions!!
If you are participating in a fall sport currently and your physical is valid you only have to fill out the updated health history questionnaire sheet. If you are not currently participating in a fall sport, the entire packet has to be completed.
DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE!!!
