The School Doctor will be doing Sports Physical on Tuesday, November 3rd from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm. The staff will be here from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm collecting sports forms.
ImPACT Testing will be held on Wednesday, November 4th at 3:00 pm in the MAC Lab. Permission slip is needed.
THIS IS THE LAST DAY FOR BOTH SPORTS FORM AND IMPACT TESTING.
