All sprinters, throwers and distance athletes (whom Coach Kenny spoke with) meet on the 2nd floor of the main building.
Practice will conclude at 5pm. Please arrange your rides accordingly.

Thank You/Wednesday Practice
We would like to thank everyone who supported the MHS Spike Night at Fleet Feet.
Here are the practice plans for Wednesday, December 13, 2017:
Sprinter group that LIFTS, meet at Woodman Field immediately after school.
Sprinters (that don't lift), throwers and distance runners, meet on the second floor of the main building (be ready to practice at 2:50pm). If your sneakers are at Woodman, go pick them up from the locker room and return to the main building.

Spike Night is Tonight!! At Fleet Feet located on Midland Ave from 6pm-8pm Montclair High School Track and Field members will receive 20% off trainers and competition shoes!! Looking forward to seeing you there

Practice Update and Additional Information
Good Afternoon All!!
We will confirm location of practice for Monday, December 11, 2017 at 12noon tomorrow. Please make sure you check the blog at this time. Still have all layers, gloves and hats ready for practice.
Tuesday, December 12, 2017 6pm-8pm is our Spike Night at Fleet Feet. You will be able to receive 20% off sneakers (for daily practice) and spikes (competition shoes). We will go over suggested competition shoes on Monday and Tuesday.
The information meeting has been moved to Saturday, December 16, 2017 at 9am in the multipurpose room at Woodman Field.
