Summer Volunteer Opportunity - Fleet Feet Junior Track and Field Series

Montclair Cross Country/Track and Field participants, are you looking to earn some community service hours during the summer months?

Fleet Feet's Junior Track and Field Series will take place on July 9th and July 23 (rain date July 30) at Woodman Field from 5-8pm.

There will also be a meeting for all volunteers on July 6th at 7pm.

If you are interested please email Coach Wallace (montclairgirlstrack@gmail.com) and specify the date you can help. You will earn 4 hours of service for each meet you volunteer at (set up and facilitation during competition).

Rec Track and Field Championships

Attention all MHS Track and Field members. The Recreation Track and Field Championships will be held at Woodman Field on Saturday, June 3, 2017 at 9am. If you are planning to volunteer (earn up to 4 hours) please arrive at Woodman at 8am. This will allow us time to efficiently set up and have everything ready for the start of the meet. Also, please show up in your track and field t-shirt so we can differentiate you from other towns and teams.

End of Season Banquet Information

The end of season banquet will be held on Friday, June 9, 2017 at 6:30pm in the main cafe of the main building. This banquet is a potluck, we invite  you to make and share your dishes on this evening. We have provided a link for you to confirm your attencance for this event. End of Season Banquet Evite

Thursday Team Meeting - Mandatory

Attention, the meeting today is MANDATORY for the entire team in the CAFE. If you report immediately after school the meeting will be done in five minutes. We are aware you have other activities going on, but it is important to get the information first hand.

Monday Practice

Varsity distance, sprints, throws, and jumps, report to practice tomorrow immediately after school.

Freshman and JV athletes, please plan to report to Woodman Field on Thursday, May 25, 2017 for a team meeting.

Also, for the entire team, please give Dale $5 towards gifts for the banquet.

Essex County Championships

The event list and order of events for this weekend has been posted. IF you are competing on Friday, you are excused from your 8th period class. The rest of the team immediately report to Woodman after school. The 400IH event is first and we will need all hands on deck to make sure everything runs smoothly.

We would like the entire team to have on a Montclair Track and Field t-shirt in school and at the meet on Friday AND Saturday.
