Wednesday Practice

Distance will not travel to Garrett Mountain for practice tomorrow. Meet at Woodman Field immediately after school.  

Thursday and Friday Updates

There will be no study hall Thursday and Friday after school. If you would like to get work done you can see if the library or cafeteria is open after school. Ultimately it is your responsibility to be to practice on time. 

Wednesday Practice

Just a reminder we will meet on Midland Ave after school tomorrow to travel to Garrett Mountain for practice. We plan to return to MHS by 3:30-3:45pm. Please plan accordingly.

Updates!!

There has been a change to the competition schedule. Essex County Championships will now be held on Sunday January 31, 2016 (originally Sunday January 24, 2016).

With this specific date change we have decided to have varsity athletes compete in the New Balance games on Saturday January 23, 2016. 

Please be advised.

Saturday Practice/Meeting

We will meet on Midland Ave at 8am on Saturday morning. We will travel as a team to Garrett Mountain for practice. Our goal is to return to Midland Ave by 10:30am. Please have a water bottle, LAYERS and a snack to eat when practice is complete.

11am there will be a parent/guardian information meeting in the multipurpose room. Athletes do not have to attend with their parent/guardian.

The schedule for the season will be posted on Saturday along with any other important information located at Woodman Field.

The winter track and field gear order form  and the code of conduct has been posted on the side under the "Additional Information" tab.

Wednesday Practice

Mandatory study hall tomorrow immediately afterschool in the LGI from 2:45pm-3:45pm. Come prepared to train afterwards. 

We will conclude practice at 5pm from the main building. 

Plan accordingly for pick up from the high school.

Code of conduct papers are due on Thursday December 3, 2015.
