Practice week of 4/22

Please be sure to have your spikes in practice all week long. We have our dual meet on Wednesday April, 24, 2013 at Newark Schools Stadium. In order to compete you must be in practice. See you all tomorrow and let's stay motivated and driven to accomplish all goals.

Morris Hills Relays

The tentative event list has been posted for the Morris Hills Relays on Saturday April 20, 2013. The final list will be updated by 4:30pm Friday April 19th. Those running on Saturday meet at Woodman by 6:50am,

There is no practice tomorrow. Enjoy the day off.

Comet Relays

The event list for Comet Relays which will be held at Hackensack High School has been posted. Please make sure if your name is on the list you report to Woodman Field at 6:45 am sharp. Have on layers, it will be cold in the morning. For all those whose names aren't on this list, enjoy the day off and we will see you all on Monday at 10am.

April 12 Bake Sale

Our spring track and field bake sale will be held this Friday April 12. Please let Cupid, Claire, Tate, and Drew know what you will be baking for this fundraiser. Thank you!!

Saturday Practice

For those individuals not competing tomorrow there is no practice, enjoy the day off. For those competing report to the track by 6:45am.

Track Meets

During the spring season all busses will be leaving from Woodman Field and returning there after competition.
