Spring Track Announcement
There is an make up impact test date on Thursday February 14, 2013 in the MAC lab in the main building immediately after school. It is on a first come, first serve basis.
The school doctor will also be in the health office of the main building this day as well.

Mandatory Team Meeting/Practice
There is no practice tomorrow, State Sectionals has been reschedule for Monday February 11, 2013. There is a mandatory team meeting/practice for ALL members of the winter track and field team on Tuesday February 12, 2013 3pm at Woodman Field. Please bring your uniforms/warm ups as well.

Ed Church Invitational
The event has been posted for the Ed Church Invitational on Thursday February 7, 2013 please meet on Midland Ave at 2:45pm. If you are not running tomorrow there is no practice tomorrow, Friday or Saturday. There is a MANDATORY practice and team meeting for ALL members of the winter track and field team TUESDAY February 12, 2013. Tuesday February 5th Practice
Practice will be held on the second floor. Still come prepared with layers. Throwers meet down at Woodman Field. Both practices begin promptly at 3pm.

Spring Track and Field Announcement
Spring track and field reminder: Any athletes who are interested in participating in spring track and field you must have all forms completed, signed an handed I to the main office (10-12 grades) or annex main office (9th grade) by Friday February 15, 2012.
If you are a freshman/junior that has not taken the impact test girls, your day is Monday February 4th, boys your day is Wednesday February 6th 3 pm in the MAC lab in the main building.
If you do not have a doctor, the school doctor will be at the high school Thursday February 14, 2013 afterschool. Please make sure you have the packet filled out and bring it with you when you come to see te school doctor.
If you have participated in a winter sport you still have to complete the packet the only portion you will not have to do again will be PART B of the physical portion
