Spring Track and Field

Here is your workout for today. Please be sure to complete this. When you are done, ladies email Coach Wallace (montclairgirlstrack@gmail.com), gentleman email Coach Washington (Runningmounties@gmail.com) and let us know the one event you are interested in doing this season. 

Workout 
Warm up; Jumping jacks for 1 minute then hold a 1 minute plank. Rest for 45 seconds and repeat 6 times.

Workout;  6 sets of
- 40 jumping jacks
 - 1 min planks
 - 20 push-ups (or as many as you can do)
 - 1 min plank
 - 20 squats
 - 1 min plank.
Rest, repeat


Make sure to stretch after the workout.
