Warmup:
4 Sets of
- 20 jumping jacks
- 1 min planks
- 20 California Jumping Jacks
- 1 min plank
- 16 lunges (8 e/leg)
- 1 minute plank.
1 minute rest then repeat
After the 6th set do your dynamics. Each one twice.
Workout;
